what is my motivation

My goal is to make a meaningful contribution to a sustainable and just society through my work. In doing so, I aim to utilize my skills and experiences to effect positive change and inspire people to reach their full potential.

My Work Experience.

July 2024 - Present

Sector: Digital transformation of the production ecosystem

Application engineer

This activity focuses on significantly increasing efficiency and sustainability in global production. It plays a crucial role in meeting the ever-increasing demands of a dynamic global economy while reducing resource consumption and waste to create a more sustainable future.

December 2015 - Juni 2024

Sector: Semiconductor and pharmaceutical industry

Chief Executive Officer

I inherited a company with 12 employees and pushed ahead with its modernization. My responsibilities included redesigning all processes, promoting employee development and increasing efficiency. I was involved both strategically and practically in order to successfully implement the transformation.

January 2012 - November 2015

Sector: Process, energy and environmental technology

Head of CNC programmer

My field of activity included the programming and control of highly complex machining programs as well as the development of macros and cycles. I also provided a comprehensive introduction to graphics-based CAD/CAM programming with TopSolid.

March 2010 - December 2011

Sector: Aerospace, Defense & Racing

Head of production

My task was to revitalize a department in the production area by introducing modern programming methods and developing uniform and manageable tools. The aim was to efficiently and precisely machine highly complex components for demanding customers.
